Our new Community Hub is now open at 2 Grant Street, Narrogin, where we are planning on hosting events all through the week, to improve the lives of our local community.
Sadly, these plans have been slow to put in place, due to the spread of Covid through the town, but we hope this will soon become manageable so we can put a full program of events on.
We already host morning groups including the Men’s Group and Women’s Group and we are looking to add many more, including Elder’s Group and activities such as painting and pottery. We welcome more ideas.
The building has been renovated over the past six months, including:
* A freshly laid crossover, thanks to the Shire of Narrogin.
* The “Cottage” building has had a security system added, r/c air con and wifi added, and currently the external walls are being repainted.
* The “Hub” building has also had a security system added, r/c air con and wifi added, and new entrance doors are planned for mid-year.
Exciting plans for 2022/23 are being put in place and we look forward to sharing them with you!
