National Reconciliation Week runs from 27 May to 3 June 2021.
Keedac is hosting the Opening Ceremony including the Welcome to Country and is providing Afternoon Tea at 2.30pm on 27 May at the Keedac Community Hub 2 Grant Street, Narrogin. All are welcome to come along and join in.
The reconciliation theme for 2021 is
“More than words. Reconciliation takes action”
It urges the reconciliation movement towards braver action with more impact. Reconciliation is a journey for all Australians – as individuals, families, communities, organisations and importantly as a nation. At the heart of this journey are relationships between the broader Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
